How long will your creations last and how should I preserve them?
All our creations love to be kept refridgerated. To enjoy their full flavour, consume within one week.
What allergens should I be mindful of?
Our creations are mindful of your individual dietary requirements. Entirely plant-based, gluten free and devoid of added sugars, additives, or preservatives, they offer a sweet delight that aligns with your wellness aspirations. Their natural fructose, fibre, and antioxidants provide the alternative balance for your body and mind, allowing for a wholesome indulgence.

Is NOSHY sugar-free?
Reducing sugar intake has been a central premise to our mission of promoting a healthy body and mind.
All NOSHY creations contain no added sugars, additives, or preservatives. The sweetness of our treats is achieved naturally through the highest quality Medjool dates. The fruit provides a natural source of fructose, substituting sugar. Its richness in nutrients, fibre, antioxidants, and a low glycaemic index (GI) aid to improve weight management, digestion and mitigate the risk of disease, among other health benefits.
How eco-friendly is your packaging?
We love making gifting as enjoyable as receiving. All our packaging solutions are entirely sustainable. We choose eco-friendly materials and take innovative design approaches in respect of our greatest muse; Mother Nature.
NOSHY encourages re-using and upcycling.
Our packaging is fully recyclable.

Can I choose my own assortment?
Become your own muse with our exclusive “Curate your selection” service in the navigation bar and pick your favourites.
How can I add a message to my order?
If you wish, you can add a personal message to your order. This can be done when selecting a product for your order.
You will find a field entitled “Add a personal message” where you can enter your message.
I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Where can I find my order number?
Once you have placed your order, have a peek at your inbox. Your order confirmation will be sent to you straight away upon your order completion, listing your order number at the very top.
I would like to check my order progress
Once you have placed your order, have a peek at your inbox. You’ll see a confirmation from us, notifying you that we’ve started preparing your order. Orders are typically dispatched for next or second working day delivery. Should you require your NOSHY for a special occasion, email concierge@noshy.com and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Can I change my order content?
All NOSHY creations are freshly made to order. Should you require to make any changes to your order, we will be glad to accommodate your changes within 2 hours of your purchase. We are unable to guarantee any changes beyond this period.

Can I cancel my order?

Does my NOSHY delivery need to be accepted in person?
Yes, all NOSHY deliveries need to be accepted in person. For the health and safety of our valued customers, our courrier are unable to leave your NOSHY delivery unattended. If you have ordered NOSHY as a gift, please ensure you include the telephone number of the receiver so they can rearrange delivery if they are not going to be in.

How do Corporate Orders work?
For all corporate orders, payment is taken in full upon confirmation. Our artisans won’t start producing your order until payment is received – late payments may affect delivery dates. For orders cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the agreed dispatch date, a 90% refund will be offered. If an order is cancelled between 60 and 30 days in advance of the agreed dispatch date, a 50% refund will be offered. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund if the order is cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice before the agreed date of dispatch.

Which online payments are available?
You can pay for your order online using PayPal or one of the following bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue.
Is payment secure?
All payments made through our website are made securely thanks to the online payment service Stripe. All information processed by Stripe is encrypted using the highest level security protection currently available. Your bank card details are not held on the site.

What information should I give for efficient deliveries?
To ensure our Noshy creations reach you safely, we will require your full name, your address, including house and/ or flat number, and postcode. The additional provision of your contact number will ensure our courier can contact you on the day of your delivery should you not be at home to receive the delivery. We will in that case make every effort to contact you and agree on a safe place for your parcel. For all gift deliveries a contact number of your recipient is required.
How long will my order take to reach me?
All orders placed by 10 am will be delivered next day. Alternatively you may also choose your designated delivery date at checkout. For Express & Same Day deliveries, our concierge team will be glad to assist you. Please email: concierge@noshy.com
What are your delivery rates?
Noshy offers a free hand-delivery for all orders placed online. This service is currently only available across inner London areas. For delivery requests outside London our concierge team will be glad to assist you at concierge@noshy.com
Can I change my delivery address or date once my order has been validated?
If you wish to make a change to your order, our concierge team will be glad to assist you. Please email: concierge@noshy.com. We are unable to change your delivery address or date with less than 48 hours notice of your chosen delivery date.

I have a very special gift to deliver, what other delivery options do you offer?
NOSHY offers a unique delivery experience for special occasions. Your Noshy will be delivered in our iconic vintage “wild fantasies inside” carriage. Email us at dreamers@noshy.com with your order number and delivery date and our team will share payment details for your delivery upgrade (£10).

Do you take an ethical and fair-trade approach to sourcing your raw materials?
All of our NOSHY ingredients are organic, premium, all natural, and ethical—sustainably sourced from small, specialist producers and farmers. We partner with British suppliers wherever possible. Why are your artisan truffle buds coated in edible rose petals?
Mother Nature is our eternal muse. The inspiration of enrobing our artisan truffle buds with all-natural and edible rose petals was born through our founder, Stefanie Siraghi and her hypnotic relationship with flowers. Our edible rose petals are as nourishing as they are entrancing to your senses. Roses are rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K and minerals including calcium, iron, and phosphorus. They also possess balancing, soothing, and anti-inflammatory properties amongst many other benefits.
Why is NOSHY called a truffle bud?
Together with a panel of valued NOSHY customers, we termed our iconic creation Truffle Bud. A love child between a truffle and a rose, our unique creation is a patented food innovation suitable for all diets and created as a healthy substitute for chocolates and other confections.
Our truffle bud is an entirely handmade artisanal truffle. Unlike the more commonly known chocolate truffle, NOSHY is proudly free from gluten, dairy, wheat, soy, added sugars, additives, artificial flavours and colours.
While many of our flavours contain the highest quality, sustainable, pure cocoa, some of our flavours, such as our fruity collections, don’t contain cocoa but alternative wholesome ingredients to deliver refined, authentic flavours.
